Rebekka graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2007. Following graduation, she moved to northern BC and worked with a wonderful rehab team in hospital, care home, and community settings. While taking an extended maternity leave (4 babies in 5 years!), Rebekka became passionate about perinatal care, and began to pursue training in pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Through her career, Rebekka has prioritized developing a safe, comfortable and respectful rapport with her patients. She truly feels it is a privilege to be part of each patient’s journey toward improved wellness, confidence, and quality of life. Rebekka uses manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education to address urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and other pelvic floor concerns for women who are prenatal, post-menopausal, or anywhere in between.
Rebekka is thrilled to be living on the Island and joining the amazing team at 3 Cedars. In her free time, Rebekka enjoys exploring this beautiful part of the world with her family and friends.
