Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy involves treatment to promote, maintain, and restore health through physical assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Whether it is an acute or chronic condition, our practitioners take a comprehensive approach to each patient. Treatment is geared towards restoring normal joint and muscle function, increasing mobility, decreasing pain, and improving overall health.  Modalities used can include soft tissue manual therapy, exercise prescription, IMS and acupuncture, and patient education.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy can be beneficial for individuals in all stages of life. Although we treat people of all ages with a variety of health conditions, our practitioners have advanced training and a special interest in pelvic floor therapy.
