Erin Jessop

Registered Clinical Counsellor
Erin feels honoured to come alongside clients to talk through areas of life where they may feel uncertain about how to move forward. She provides a safe space to feel seen and heard while exploring areas of insight, empowerment, and choice. She has a special interest in women’s health and is passionate about supporting them in processing their unique experiences, learnings, and goals on the path to greater physical and mental health and well-being. Her own journey of infertility and ultimate diagnosis of endometriosis left her keenly aware of the challenge of navigating the medical system as well as the benefits of holistic care.

Erin also feels a unique calling to support women in the perinatal season of life. She knows the importance of honouring both the joys and life changes that pregnancy and motherhood bring, and seeks to help women reconnect with themselves, their needs, hopes, and passions.

Erin holds her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her belief in her clients leads to a nonjudgmental and relational approach that is rooted in Attachment Theory and Emotion Focused Therapy. She has completed training in the Satir Model of therapy as well as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Erin comes to 3 Cedars with experience in both private practice and the public sector. She is currently completing additional training focused on perinatal mental health.

In her free time Erin enjoys exploring the beach or a park on a warm, sunny day with her family.
