Emily completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2013. Her physiotherapy career started in general orthopaedics, but has evolved along with her passion for advancing women’s health. She enjoys treating all types of injuries and conditions, but has a special interest in perinatal care.
Emily appreciates working as part of a collaborative team to provide individualized, comprehensive care to each of her clients. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, education, exercise prescription and potentially IMS/acupuncture.
Emily continues to pursue her love of learning and has completed additional training in pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum care, intramuscular stimulation, acupuncture, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Emily and her husband chasing their dog and two busy boys.
