Dr. Erin Murdoch is originally from Nanoose Bay and is thrilled to be back on the island and practicing in Nanaimo. She completed her chiropractic training at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic.

Erin uses a whole-body approach, tailoring her treatments to the unique needs of each patient. She integrates gentle manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and functional movement rehabilitation into her care. Erin is certified in the Webster Technique® for pregnancy care and has advanced training in the McKenzie Technique (MDT) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

Erin is excited to be part of 3 Cedars Wellness, as she greatly enjoys collaborating with other professionals to provide the best care possible for her patients.
