Dr. Erin Murdoch is originally from Nanoose Bay and is thrilled to be practicing in Nanaimo. She completed her chiropractic training at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic.

Erin’s passion for holistic health and an active lifestyle inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic care. She grew up playing competitive hockey and achieved a provincial championship with her team in her final year. Throughout her athletic career, she regularly sought chiropractic care to stay moving well and pain-free, which deepened her appreciation for its benefits and ultimately guided her professional path.

She is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve their health goals, with a special interest in perinatal and pediatric care. Erin uses a whole-body approach, tailoring her treatments to the unique needs of each patient. She integrates gentle manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and functional movement rehabilitation into her care. Erin is certified in the Webster Technique® for pregnancy care and has advanced training in the McKenzie Technique (MDT) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

Erin is excited to be part of the 3 Cedars Wellness team, as she greatly enjoys collaborating with other professionals to provide the best care possible for her patients. When not in the clinic, you can find Erin mountain biking, hiking, camping or doing cold dips with her husband, Connor. Fun fact: Connor is also a Chiropractor serving the Qualicum Beach Community!
