We encourage you to contact us prior to your appointment to double-check for your specific plan.

What happens during my first Chiropractic visit?

Your first visit will involve a comprehensive health history, followed by a thorough physical and orthopedic assessment. This helps your Chiropractor accurately diagnose the root cause of your issue. We will then discuss your personalized treatment plan, which often includes your first tailored treatment.

How should I dress for my appointment?

Please wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. This helps your Chiropractor conduct a proper assessment and perform necessary stretches and soft tissue work without restriction.

Do you treat babies and children?

Absolutely! Our Chiropractors have advanced training in pediatric care through the ICPA. We love working with little ones to help maintain their healthy musculoskeletal development, address issues like colic, feeding difficulties, and growing pains.

Can I receive Chiropractic care while pregnant?

Yes, it is highly recommended! Our Chiropractors are certified in the Webster Technique®, which is a gentle, safe, and effective method for reducing pelvic and lower back pain, promoting comfort, and supporting optimal pelvic balance during pregnancy.

Is the adjustment painful?

Chiropractic adjustments are rarely painful. You may hear a popping sound (called a cavitation) as pressure is released from the joint, and you might feel a brief sensation of pressure or movement. Many patients find the process immediately relieving.
