For the safety of patients, staff and our community, all visitors and staff must first answer “NO” to the following questions before they enter the clinic:
- Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 or knowingly come into contact with someone who has in the past 14 days?
- Are you experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19-like symptoms (ie. fever, new cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing)?
- Have you been asked to self-isolate by public health due to possible COVID-19 exposure?
If patients answer YES to any of these questions, they will not be permitted to enter the clinic at this time. If you have an appointment booked please call us to reschedule.
Staff will not be permitted to work if answering yes to the above questions and will follow the same protocol as patients and community members.
Anyone experiencing any of the above listed symptoms who have been advised by public health to get a COVID-19 test, will require proof of testing before entering the clinic. The note must be dated no later than 14 days prior to the appointment. If you have been medically advised against testing, please wait until symptoms have resolved for at least 48 hours before re-booking.
